Knights of Columbus – Pilgrimage to New Haven

It’s my pleasure to provide you with detailed information on the Second Annual Knights of Columbus Pilgrimage to New Haven, and the headquarters of the Fraternal Order.
The response last year was great, and the interest is more wide-spread this year, so register early.  Registrations will be accepted on a “first come-first served” basis. 

In order to accommodate all those interested, we are asking that you make a decision as quickly as possible.  

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7th

Departure from Montreal on Friday November 7th at 12:00 p.m. SHARP!
Location of departure will be announced.
Arrival in New Haven at approximately 7:00 p.m.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8th

Visit the Knights of Columbus Museum and International Headquarters. Shopping at a nearby Shopping Mall. Reception for all visitors on Saturday evening.
Buffet Dinner on site, and shuttle to nearby restaurants for those who’d prefer to eat off site.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9th

Guided Tour, followed by Mass at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church
Lunch following by departure at about 3:00 p.m.

Here’s what the trip entails:

Travel on a luxurious Highway Coach, Two nights’ accommodations at the Wallingford Inn by Marriott, Full complimentary breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings, Reception for all visitors on Saturday evening, Buffet Dinner on Saturday evening * (Limited space – by registration only)

$75/person (if no additional accommodations are required)

Saturday Evening Buffet Dinner – $10/person- Registration required 

Method of Payment – To confirm your attendance, we need a non-refundable deposit of $50/person by September 5th (Adults only). A receipt will be issued, identifying the remaining balance.  The remaining balance is due on Friday, October 15th.  I’m required to send the final rooming list on that day.

VERY IMPORTANT:  Be sure that you begin working on preparing the necessary paperwork to allow you entry into the United States.  Valid Passports are required.  We will not be responsible for any individual turned back at the US border due to improper documentation
